Update on Mifi X Pro Fulfillment

Our recent shipment of Mifi X Pros is delayed en route from our supplier. If you have already requested a new Mifi X Pro hotspot as a new Sustainer member or to replace your old device, please bear with us as we are seeking the fastest solution. As of this moment, we are expecting them to arrive within the next 10 days. We will be shipping these devices out right away once they reach our office. We apologize for the delay and for any inconvenience.

Any members who have experienced a delay between their request for a Mifi X Pro hotspot and receiving the device will receive a membership extension to compensate for the delay. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at helpdesk[@]calyxinstitute.org.
