The year of 2025 has been a hard year for all of us, with a volatile economy, rising unemployment rate, and the invasive integration of generative AI in our everyday life. Despite the hardship, we are thankful for the constant and consistent support from all of our members at The Calyx Institute!

To serve our members better, we have upgraded our infrastructure and made changes to our helpdesk. For our members, the biggest change is our new helpdesk email address. Reaching out to us by email is the fastest way to get in touch with our member support team to resolve any difficulties or answer any questions you may have.
