How to get a replacement for a device under warranty
All hotspots are covered by a 9 month limited warranty through our hardware provider Mobile Citizen. The warranty covers defective devices, but not loss or theft.
Device warranties are provided by our equipment supplier, Mobile Citizen. As such, the warranty process is subject to all relevant Mobile Citizen policies. In order to exchange devices under warranty, you MUST HAVE the following Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) materials:
- Device (including back battery cover)
- Battery
- SIM Card
While not required, Mobile Citizen would also like the following OEM materials returned before exchanging a defective device:
- Box
- USB Cable
- Power Adapter
To process the return, contact Mobile Citizen.
Before Mobile Citizen will ship a replacement device, they confirm the mailing address. If you have changed your address since the original device was shipped, make sure to update your address in our records.
