SIM card in your Calyx hotspot

The SIM provided with your hotspot from the Calyx Sustainer, Contributor, and Contributor Plus memberships is locked to that hotspot, and is not configured to work in other devices. These SIM cards are provided by Mobile Citizen, they have alerted that repurposing these locked SIM cards can cause issues with the internet services and it will not be covered by their technical support.
