My hotspot device arrived in damaged condition

If your new Calyx hotspot arrives in an unexpected condition, please take pictures and email them to help[at]calyxinstitute[dot]org immediately so we can address the situation. Any issues with the appearance or function of the hotspot reported to us more than 5 days after delivery will need to be addressed through the Mobile Citizen warranty process.
