How to place an order for a new hotspot device from Calyx
You can order a replacement hotspot device at any time. Your membership level will change to reflect whatever device you order, but this will only affect your membership payment the next time you renew.
To order a replacement device:
- Sign into your account at https://members.calyxinstitute.org
- Click Devices
- Click Order Replacement Device
Please note: You can only have one device active for a membership at a time. Once you order a replacement device, your old device will be deactivated after two weeks. If you want multiple devices, add an additional membership instead.
