The hotspot device included in your level of membership is yours to keep. If you don’t use the device any more, you can sell it, give it away, or donate it to us.

To use the device with a SIM other than the one we have provided, you will need to unlock your hotspot device.You can follow the instructions onWe explain that process page ‘how to unlock my hotspot device’.

If you are willing to donate your unused hotspot to Calyx, we will refurbish it and pass it on to a community member in need. Please send it to the following address:

We are not equipped to offer prepaid return labels for such donations, but we promise to make good use of the device and/or recycle it appropriately if you do return it.
