Great! You want to change your membership level. Here are some important things to keep in mind:
How to change membership level
- Log in at https://members.calyxinstitute.org
- Click Change Level for the membership you want to change.
- Proceed to complete the order.
Applies to Internet Memberships
At this time, it only makes sense to change the level of a Calyx Internet Membership.
New Devices
Every membership level supports a different set of devices. When you change your membership level, you must order a new hotspot for that level.
If you have an existing hotspot from Calyx that you would like to use for the new membership level, contact our help desk so we can assign it to your membership as the primary device.
Renewals
When you change your membership level by ordering a replacement hotspot device, this does not alter the membership term. To extend the length of your membership, you must separately renew. You will only pay the new membership rate at the time of renewal.
Existing Devices
Each membership may have one active device. After your replacement device has shipped, your existing device will be deactivated in two weeks. Alternately, if you want to use multiple devices, please add an additional membership instead.
