If you have questions about the shipping of your Calyx Institute membership premiums, click here!
A: We ship multiple days per week via UPS and USPS, so members can expect to receive their membership premiums (including their hotspot) within 1-2 weeks after sign up. We are a tiny organization, so we thank you for bearing with us as we get your membership benefits out to you as soon as we can!
Q: Once I've signed up, can I change my address?
A: If you need to change your address for an order before it ships, please let us know by email at help@calyxinstitute.org as soon as possible.
Q: Can I have the shipping of my membership premiums expedited?
A: Our shipping team is very small, so unfortunately we do not have the capacity to fulfill individualized shipping requests at this time.
