Phone Warranties

Google provides a warranty for Pixel phone hardware, even with CalyxOS installed and even if you did not purchase the device.

For all warranty queries, you will need to find your device’s IMEI.

You can confirm that your device is still under warranty by supplying the IMEI at Google repair center.

There are two options to exercise your Pixel warranty:

Walk-in: You can walk your Pixel device into one of these locations for an in-person repair.
Mail-in: You can mail your Pixel device to Google and they will mail you back a replacement or your repaired device.
