Q: Does my CalyxOS Membership come with Unlimited Data?

A: All CalyxOS Memberships do not come with a voice or data plan and you must add your own SIM card. The phone comes with our privacy based OS preinstalled, with over-the-air updates and support by the CalyxOS team.

Q: Does my phone come with a warranty?

A: For our Pixel phones, please refer to Google for best information regarding your warranty.

Q: If I become a member and later decide membership is not right for me, can I get a refund?

A: One of the quirks of being a charity is that we are not legally allowed to provide refunds. During our signup process, before you contribute, you will be reminded that “Donations are non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are making an irrevocable gift to The Calyx Institute to support its non-profit mission.” We are committed to making sure that all of our members have the best experience possible, and will work with you to find a way to resolve any problems that arise. Q: Where do I find support for CalyxOS?

A: CalyxOS is still in development, so we're doing all support through an app where creators and users can communicate freely to troubleshoot and learn from one another. You can make contact with the CalyxOS community of programmers and users here: https://matrix.to/#/#CalyxOS:matrix.org

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Currently, we ship our CalyxOS memberships to any non-PO box address in the United States and Puerto Rico. Our shipping provider, UPS, cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time. You are welcome to have our memberships shipped to a US based family member, friend, workplace, etc. and have them pass it on to your international or PO Box address.
