MiFi M2000 - Discontinued 5G Hotspot

Released in December 2020, the MiFi M2000 supports 5G connectivity, an internal 4x4 MIMO antenna, Advanced Carrier Aggregation (on band 7), USB tethering, and can be used as a battery bank. The M2000 does not have external antenna ports or work without the battery in place.

This device is available at the Sustainer membership level.

The MiFi M2000 supports nearly all bands used by T-Mobile and Sprint.

Please note that max theoretical speeds reflect a device's capabilities under perfect laboratory conditions. Many variables, including as terrain, hotspot placement, distance from tower, network congestion and other factors, may affect the speeds measured during conventional use.

Locating the IMEI

If you experience a problem, you may be asked for your IMEI. This is a globally unique number used to identify the device.

To find the IMEI, remove the case cover and the battery.

Alternately, the IMEI is listed on the device panel by choosing Menu > About > IMEI
