How to track the shipment of your membership premium

When your membership premiums are about to be shipped, you will receive an email from UPS that contains the tracking number.

This email is sent before the packages are actually picked up by UPS, so don’t expect there to be any movement on the first day.

We generally ship every day or every other day. Total time from order to delivery is usually about a week, so long as we have inventory in stock (you will see an indication in the order form if inventory is low).

If you did not receive an email from UPS within two days of your order, please check your Spam folder or contact our help desk.
