During the signup process, before the payment page, all members must agree to the following condition (among others):
Donations are nonrefundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are making an irrevocable gift to the Calyx Institute to support its nonprofit mission.
We are committed to ensuring that all of our members have the best experience possible, and we will work with you to find a way to resolve any problems that arise.
If you no longer want your membership, you can transfer it to another person. Find out more about that option here.
