As a result of this transition, some of our members have experienced interruptions in their hotspot's connectivity, unexpected messages on their hotspot about network changes, and other inconveniences. If you are having any difficulty with your hotspot, or have questions about this transition, please give tech support a call at 877-216-9603 as a first step.At this time, we do not have more concrete details about which members will be affected, and the timing of the transition process. We will be updating our website with more info as soon as we have updated info. We hope that this process will be concluded shortly, and that we can improve communication with T-Mobile to minimize any inconvenience to our members in the future.
